How We Do It PDF Print E-mail

Negative reports are processed by a MRO Specialist who reviews the test, matches it with the Custody and Control Form and issues a report, which is faxed/mailed to the client.

Positive reports are reviewed by a Certified Medical Review Officer (MRO) to determine if there is any legitimate medical reason for the substance the Donor tested positive for, as noted on the laboratory test result. The review may include an interview with the Donor, verifying medical procedures, medication administered, prescriptions written an filled prior to the drug test, or other matters related to the test.

On the day of completion a fax copy is provided to the client. A hard copy with an original signature of the MRO will be provided to the client on all positives.

We maintain copies of all positive result records for five (5) years and negatives result records of one (1) year.
